Child protection services
We offer a holistic approach that includes preventive measures, relief measures, care measures and aftercare. This ensures that we can support children and families through all phases and challenges. We also work closely with other agencies and services to ensure a coordinated effort in the best interest of the child.
Our childcare services
Short-term accommodation:
Temporary accommodation for children and young people who need a safe place for a shorter period. This may be relevant in emergency situations or crises at home.
Long-term accommodation:
Long-term accommodation for children and young people who need stability and continuity over a longer period of time. Our long-term places provide a safe and supportive environment where children can develop in safe surroundings.
Crisis housing:
Immediate housing for children and young people who are in an acute crisis situation. The shelter offers security and immediate care when it is needed most.
Relief:
We offer relief services for families who need temporary relief. This may include day respite, weekend respite or longer periods, depending on the family’s needs. Respite care gives parents an opportunity to recover, while the children receive care and support in a safe environment.
Holiday and activity stays
To give children and young people the opportunity to experience positive and meaningful activities, we offer holiday and activity stays. This includes:
Holiday trips:
Organized holiday trips where children can experience new surroundings, participate in exciting activities and make new friendships.
Activity stays:
Arranged stays with a focus on various activities such as sport, art, culture and nature. Our activity stays give children the opportunity to develop skills and interests in a safe environment.
Additional services
We also offer a range of additional services to meet specific needs:
Counseling and guidance:
Professional support and guidance for parents and children to strengthen family dynamics and deal with challenges.
Culturally adapted services:
Services that take into account the child’s cultural and religious background, including language support, cultural understanding and adapted food.

Our team works closely with schools, the health system, child protection, the police and other relevant agencies to coordinate efforts and ensure consistent follow-up.
Individual plans:
For each child or young person, we develop an individual plan that takes into account their unique needs, goals and challenges. The plan is prepared in collaboration with the child, the family and relevant agencies, and is adjusted regularly to ensure that it is always up-to-date and relevant.

Right to protection:
Protection against violence, abuse and neglect.
Right to education:
Access to education that is adapted to their needs and abilities.
Right to health:
Access to necessary health and care services.
